Visit Droitwich Spa in Worcestershire

Droitwich Spa is situated on deposits of salt, and salt has been extracted in Droitwich Spa since ancient times. The natural Droitwich brine is ten times stronger than sea water and only rivaled by the Dead Sea. Famous for its Salt, the 15th & 16th September sees the Droitwich Spa Salt Festival a weekend of Salt Festivities, featuring Romans, renenactors and entertainment.
