Archers Diamond Jubilee Celebrations
in Malvern Saturday 19th June 2010!
2010 marks sixty years
since the first pilot episodes of BBC Radio 4's The
Archers were broadcast in the Midlands only and fans of the
programme are going to join us to celebrate in style!
The Archers Addicts fan club, together with
Malvern Showground, is planning its own ‘Ambridge’ themed part of
the showground with all sorts of activities from ferret racing to
welly wanging! And on Saturday 19th June, members of the
cast and production team will be there to meet and chat with you as
you enjoy the show attractions.

There are two types of ticket to the Jubilee
Celebrations, both must be purchased in advance
GOLD TICKET – Diamond Jubilee Dinner
A Gold Ticket entitles you to the exclusive
sparkling Diamond Jubilee Dinner on Saturday 19th June
with fabulous Archers speakers, including Editor Vanessa Whitburn,
and a three course meal. We’ll top off your evening with a
brilliant Brain of Borsetshire Quiz. PLUS you enjoy a Great
Day Out (see below) AND privileged parking
Gold tickets cost £70
(£65 for members of Archers Addicts) and are only available

GREEN TICKET – A Great Day
Out!
Both Gold and Green tickets entitle you to the
following: 
- The opportunity to meet members of the cast in our own private
corner of ‘Ambridge’ - ‘The Bull Upstairs’, where you will
receive a complimentary glass of cider (not supplied by Eddie
we hasten to add!).
- Entry to the Three Counties Show, Malvern, on Saturday
19th June.
- A Jubilee Goody Bag packed with all sorts of surprises
- A printed Treasure Trail so that you can discover real
‘Ambridge’ locations in your own time
- All sorts of useful vouchers and special offers for other
attractions in Worcestershire, so you can really make a wonderful
weekend of it!
Green Ticketscost £25
(£22.50 for members of Archers Addicts) and are available from
Archers Addicts and the Malvern Showground.
