Height
Restrictions
Worcestershire has many
car parks with height restrictions and for those on holiday with
motor homes it can be tricky
finding somewhere to park.
Please find some details below that provide information on
accessible car parks.
The only car park in the city of Worcester without height
restrictions is adjacent to the River Severn on Croft Road.
Please note this is not the car park by the race course but the car
park opposite the Severn View Hotel.
This car park is within easy walking distance to the city centre,
Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Worcester
Race Course and the River Severn.
In Malvern there is a car park located opposite Splash Leisure
Complex on Priory Road called South Lea car park
on Priory Road and is a good location for visiting Malvern town.
For access to the Malvern Hills there is the Beacon
Road car park and the British Camp car park.
Upton-upon-Severn has a car park and the entrance/exit near to
the mini roundabout does not have height restrictions
however the the other entrance/exit does.
The majority of car parks in the Wyre Forest District do not
have any height restrictions.
In the Wychavon District most car parks do have height
restrictions however car parking is available elsewhere.

Do's and Don'ts
- Always lock all doors and close all windows
- Don't leave valuables in the car, if you must, lock them in the
boot out of sight. If detachable remove the stereo
- If you leave your vehicle overnight, choose a well lit
place
- Fit a car alarm and make sure it's on whenever you leave the
car
- Ensure that alloy wheels are protected with locking wheel
nuts
- After parking always check that the steering lock has
engaged
- Don't leave dogs in the car. The police or RSPCA may break in
to release the animal
