Worcestershire Welcome Award Winners 2011
The 2011 Worcestershire Welcome Awards, now in its third year,
took place on the evening of 17th June. It was hosted in
the prestigious Member's Area at The Three Counties
Show courtesy of The Showground Malvern who won the Day to Remember
Award in 2010. All Businesses were nominated by Public Vote
and then were judged independently to decide an overall winner per
category.
Helen Wheels, presenter of Wyvern's Breakfast Show was the compeer
for the evening and the event was attended by many business and
tourism representatives from the county.
Our congratulations go out to all the winners and highly commended
entries and we wish them well in representing the region at the
National Tourism Awards later this year.
