Worcestershire
The Worcestershire Way
The Worcestershire Way winds its way through 31 miles of beautiful
Worcestershire countryside, including woodlands, orchards, historic
towns and villages.
Waterway Network
The rivers Severn, Teme and Avon meander through
Worcestershire enabling luscious fruit and scores of vegetables to
be grown on the fertile plains. Along with the rivers the
historic canal network allows visitors to enjoy boating holidays,
kayaking, rowing, fishing, walking, cycling and horse-riding.

Over 440 acres of woodland & heath-land rising to over 1000
feet, offering panoramic views as far as Cotswolds & Welsh

Hartlebury Common Nature Reserve, Nr.
Stourport-on-Severn
A Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Worcestershire's
most important and largest remaining heathland area.
Kingsford Forest Park, Nr. Kidderminster
A quiet & beautiful park, Kingsford lies on edge of dramatic
red sandstone ridge. With 200 acres of cool Pine forests
& open heath land, miles of sandy tracks as well as more
traditional broadleaved woods.
Waseley Hills Country Park, Nr.
Bromsgrove
150 acres of grassy hills with panoramic views. Circular walks and
orienteering course. Café is open daily with a large flat picnic
area & adventure playground along with information point and
toilets.

Forest (Forestry Commission), Nr. Bewdley
The Forestry Commission's beautiful woodland is managed for
visitors, timber and wildlife, offering a wide range of
recreational opportunities and the guarantee of a great day
out. You can go walking, orienteering as well as cycling on
one of the many routes through the forest. Childrens play area and
cafe on site.
