Jacob and his team create ever changing menus using fresh produce from local suppliers. The herbs are grown in the nearby village of Eastham and some of the vegetables come from our very own (very small but ever expanding) vegetable garden.
All of our steaks and many of our other dishes are cooked in our very special and locally unique "Josper" charcoal oven (pictured to the right) which helps us achieve an incredible flavour.
Below is a selection of sample menus, our latest menus are usually available on Facebook, however a phone call (at a sensible time) is the best way to know exactly what is on offer.
If you have any specific requirements, requests or even suggestions please do not hesitate to ask, in advance or upon arrival as we can always adapt dishes to suit.
