This year the Harvest Fair will not only be a celebration of local produce, traditional arts and crafts but it will also herald the start the 25th season of Bewdley Festival . On Saturday morning the Wytchwood Morris Dancers will open up before a parade from the popular Suffolk Punch horses from Trimpley, who will traverse through the town.
Following the success of the Bewdley Harvest Soup Trail in 2011, the second trail will take place from noon to 4pm on Saturday when you will have the opportunity to sample the soups on offer at the pubs and restaurants in the town. Forms can be purchased for £2 from the Deli in Load Street and the Farm Shop in Dog Lane. All who return their forms will be entered into a prize draw for a family ticket to the Severn Valley Railway.
There will be craft and food stalls on the public space on Severnside South, guided town walks and the monthly Bewdley Local Produce Market will take place on Sunday in Load Street.
The Museum will have a host of Georgian craft activities, apple pressing and copper pot. They will have music too and rare pigs in Jubilee Gardens.
