The Art Gallery and Museum offers group visits, talks and lectures inspired by our temporary exhibitions and the permanent collection.
Each visit can be tailored to suit the needs of your group and we are happy to discuss your requirements beforehand.
Planning and booking your visit:
All group visits to the Art Gallery and Museum must be booked in advance. To make a booking please contact the Visitor Services Manager on 01905 25371.
You can visit as part of a self – directed group or we can arrange for a member of staff to talk to your group if available.
If you are visiting as a self-directed group we recommend that you make a preliminary planning visit to the gallery, as our exhibitions change regularly and you may want to make sure that the displays are appropriate for your visit.
If you would like a member of our Collections Team to talk to your group, this can be arranged, however there will be a cost for this service.
If you would like your group to visit in the evening, we can also arrange this to suit your needs.
Talks – staff led in museum premises £35.00
Talks – outside of museum hours £4.40 per person
