The Flag & Whistle Food Stop also provides a great place to stop and re-fuel whilst admiring the views of the Severn Valley and kids will love the outdoor play area.

Freedom of the Line train tickets allow unlimited travel on the Railway on the day of purchase as well as free admission to The Engine House.

The Severn Valley Railway strives very hard to provide access for people of all ages who have a variety of mobility or other special needs. For the physically less able specially adapted vehicles, which allow wheelchair access, are available on certain trains. Disability friendly toilets are also fitted in these vehicles. At all stations, but excluding Northwood and Country Park Halts, ramps are available which connect between the train and the platform. The train crew and station staff will assist passengers in wheelchairs if required, they are used to doing this. If your group is likely to contain a large number of physically less able people, our staff at Bewdley will provide advice regarding the best trains to travel on and the most appropriate stations to embark and disembark. Please call. Please remember that our stations were built in the 1860s and, as such, pose some operational difficulties.
