The Restaurant at Eckington Manor uses the very best available seasonal British ingredients. Responsibly sourced and featuring beef from our own farm, our chefs create British dishes with a European influence. We offer a varied wine list and a selection of regional artisan cheeses.
Our award winning pedigree cattle are fed on the purest pasture and fodder. Our beef is fully traceable and hung on the bone for a minimum of 28 days to give a rich flavour and age to the meat.
