The University of Worcester offers a range of venues for day conferences, seminars, presentations, exhibitions, meetings, events and celebrations. Whether you are organising a small event or a large celebration we can offer you something to meet your requirements.
Rooms available include tiered lecture theatres which can accommodate up to 200 (400 with videolink to adjacent theatre), breakout rooms, and impressive meeting rooms which offer flexible spaces and seating options with adjacent areas for the service of lunch and /or refreshments. Many of the venues are available throughout the year and at evenings and weekends. We also have a number of other facilities for hire, including dedicated PC suites for training, dance and drama studios and a range of sporting facilities.
We are happy to work with you to create bespoke menus and events that match your requirements and can offer you a choice of options to ensure that your event is a success.

Leave the M5 at Junction 7, heading west towards Worcester. At the first roundabout take the A4440 following signs for Leominster (A44). Continue for approx 2 miles. At the roundabout where the A4440 crosses the A44 take the A44 to Worcester. Take the first left into Tudor Way and carry on to the end. This will take you through a residential area. At the end, turn right into Oldbury Road. The entrance is on the left just passed the bus stop. The reception is situated in the main building.

Worcester Foregate Street is situated in the city centre and is a 15 minute walk from the University or five minutes by taxi. You can walk a short distance to the Crowngate Bus Station and catch the No 31 to Oldbury Road.
Worcester Shrub Hill is a 25 minute walk from the University or five minutes by taxi. You can catch the no 31 bus from the far side of the road, immediately in front of Shrub Hill Station to Oldbury Road.
