Bewdley
Dominated by St. Anne’s Church and
Sir Thomas Telford’s three arch bridge, Bewdley is a pretty and peaceful Georgian town on the banks
of the River Severn. It was once a thriving inland port until the canal was built at Stourport-on-Severn. Today the town is much as it was in the 18th Century.
