Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You will need to be older than 12 and not of a nervous disposition!

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is limited parking directly outside the museum and the Cathedral Plaza multi-storey car park at the end of Friar Street. The museum is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Foregate Street train station and the city centre bus station.

What can I bring into the event?

Just yourselves, your loved ones and a camera if you feel the need. No food or drink. There will be a limited bar on the night.

What’s the refund policy?

If we have to cancel the event, you’ll be refunded in full. If you can’t make the event, we’ll try to help you resell the tickets so you don’t lose out, but we won’t be able to refund you.
