Worcester Cathedral has been a place of prayer and worship for fourteen centuries.

Highlights include the spectacular end to end vista, King John’s tomb, Prince Arthur’s Chantry, St Wulfstan’s Crypt, the early 12th century round chapter house, medieval cloister and magnificent Victorian stained glass.

Open to visit 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday, 1pm to 3pm Sunday.

There is no charge to visit, donations are welcomed.

Café and Shop is open from 10 am – 4 pm – Monday to Saturday

Turn Up For a Tour is available at 11am or 2.30pm, Monday to Saturday. These Historical Tours of the Cathedral start from the Welcome area near the Cathedral entrance. Tickets cost £7 per adult (with accompanied children free). Tours will use sanitised headsets. They will last 45 – 60 minutes. Ideal for individuals or couples who want to turn up on the day.

8:00am Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer) (with livestream)
10:30am Sung Eucharist (with livestream)
4:00pm Evensong or Evening Prayer
6.30pm Evening Worship (term-time only)

Monday – Saturday:

7:30am Morning Prayer
8:00am Holy Communion (with livestream)
5:30pm Evensong or Evening Prayer

There are also celebrations of Holy Communion on Wednesdays at 1pm and Fridays (Book of Common Prayer) at 11:30am.

Livestreamed Worship

In addition to the live-streamed services above, a service of Holy Communion will also be live-streamed on the Cathedral Facebook page each day at 8:00am from Monday to Saturday.
