Jacob and his team create ever changing menus using fresh produce from local suppliers. The herbs are grown in the nearby village of Eastham and some of the vegetables come from our very own (very small but ever expanding) vegetable garden. All of our steaks and many of our other dishes are cooked in our very special and locally unique “Josper” charcoal oven which helps us achieve an incredible flavour.
